Amazonian Animals in Contemporary Brazilian Literature

This talk will discuss poetic-fictional Brazilian texts from the 21st century focusing on Amazonian animals. The goal is to analyze the different forms of interaction between humans and non-humans presented in these works. Some of the authors examined are Astrid Cabral, Olga Savary, Micheliny Verunschk, André Gardel and Pedro Cesarino.
