The 1st TRIEI – Triennial of Invisible Spaces, the winning project of the 6th Cycle of Theatre and Performing Arts – MIMESIS, will take place through performances, urban interventions and videos, in invisible urban spaces located in downtown Coimbra, such as abandoned shop windows and facades of vacant buildings. Curated by Nelson Ricardo Martins, TRIEI will feature the participation of 12 contemporary visual artists of various nationalities, including Colombians, Brazilians, Angolans, Portuguese and Indigenous people. ECO AMAZONIA, in addition to supporting the project, will be present with photographs by Christian Braga and videos by Indigenous visual artist Denilson Baniwa, as well as a book exibition.
