In recent years, the relationship between artistic practice and ethnography has led to unprecedented collaborative processes, languages, and research methodologies. Indigenous art and the debates fostered by anthropological disciplines have created new imaginaries to reinvent our world and our relationships with the beings that inhabit it. The “Indigenous Art and Anthropology Week”, a continuation of the artistic residency organized by the ECO Project in July 2023, aimed to create a space for reflection and exchange around audiovisual and artistic forms in dialogue with ethnography.
